Quilts for Pulse

The Orlando MQG is collecting 10″ Heart blocks to make into quilts for the survivors, the first responders, and the families of those that died in the terrible event at the Pulse nightclub a week ago. Jann will collect blocks that are brought to our meetings and mail them to the Orlando MQG. Quilters are some of the most generous people ever?! Thank You!!?

Directions for an easy heart block can be found at cluckclucksew.com, click on tutorials, then click on Making Heart Blocks in Multiple Sizes. Use white or low-volume prints for the background and bright colors for the heart.
